General description:
Replicas are used in dental laboratory. Do not use Replica for other purpose, and only trained dentist or technician can use them.
Cleaning &Sterilization:
The instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilized before each use. Remove and discard the plastic shipping material before initial sterilization. We do not suggest multiple use of Replica.
The sterilization information is provided as follow:
a. Prevacuum Steam: 132ºC (270ºF) for five minutes minimum.
b. Gravity Steam: 132ºC (270ºF) for thirty minutes minimum.
c. Gravity Steam: 121ºC (250ºF) for fifty minutes minimum.
Dry for 20 to 50 minutes as needed.
The expiry date of the instruments:
We don't limit the period if the Replicas are stored well. But please note the Replicas made of stainless steel should be replaced when wear is noticed. Generally, we suggest this Replica should be used one time only.

DESCRIPTION:
Replicas are lab materials indicated for use in fabricating dental implant prosthesis. The function of this replica is to allow technician to make study cast for the purpose of making a restoration.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Technician should connect the replica with impression coping before making a working stone cast. Then, reposition the impression coping back to a dental impression. A soft tissue model which can be made surrounds the cervical portion of Replica before pouring dental stone to the dental impression.
